Benefits of doing five minutes meditation in the morning.

Introduction

Today we all are living in a lifestyle where we have to complete maximum task in minimum time. We are surrounded by so many machines which makes our life easy but still we are so busy because number of task increases with time and because of this many people face sleeping disorders.

Our body needs proper sleep time for proper functioning. Many people say that they don’t have time to meditate early in the morning but it is very beneficial for us. 

What actually meditation means?

Meditation doesn’t means closing eyes and sitting for hours. It can be done for minimum time also for example 5-10 minutes or 30 minutes, maximum how much you can.

  • Meditation means to know yourself, channelize your thoughts.
  • Many people teach us how to behave according to outer world but no one teaches how to react internally.
  • Meditation also means talking to your inner soul and supreme soul.
  • As an individual we all are doing our responsibilities properly but we are not spending time with ourselves.
  • So meditation means spending time with ourselves.
  • It gives us peace, happiness and bliss. 
  • Meditation practically means calming yourselves, letting go the things of past which you are keeping in your mind.
  • It teaches us to forget and forgive which stuck in our mind for long time. It also helps us to focus on our goals. 

When we wake up in morning our body and mind is fully refreshed.  Our mind is so quite, clear and relaxed therefore it will do any work with full enthusiasm.

There are many benefits of doing meditation early in the morning:

  • When we connect to ourselves and to god we feel more connected.
  • Keeps us stress free 
  • It feels us happier and relaxed. Also people around us feel happier. We are doing our each responsibility very calmly. 
  • Improves functioning of our brain
  • Improves metabolism and help to reduce weight 
  • Add more hours to a day. Because we do every work quickly as we are more energetic as compared to earlier. Therefore, we get extra time which we can utilize for other work.
